The doctors’ schedules are rigid, meaning that doctors cannot change their schedules at the patient’s request. They are always «hard to catch».

Deposit system of payment. All units of the clinic, despite the «common cash register», are on an individual basis. Each clinic has its own settlement procedure. As a rule, all clinics take a deposit and then make a recalculation at the end of treatment. Recalculation means that you will be refunded part of the money already deposited in the clinic’s account or you will have to pay extra to the clinic. If the clinic owes you a refund, it can take many months to pay you back.

You will not receive the report on the day you are discharged. As a rule, they are sent not earlier than a month later, and it often happens much later. This happens because doctors are very busy.

In addition, we will handle all bureaucratic issues free of charge.
