Plastic surgery in Germany is a unique aesthetic and microsurgical reconstructive surgery.
German Clinics Germany offers the organization of treatment in the plastic surgery departments of clinics in Munich and in the best aesthetic surgery clinics.
Our Munich clinics offer microsurgical hand surgeries, which are only performed in a few clinics in Europe.
We offer highly qualified plastic surgeons with scientific degrees and extensive experience. Plastic surgery and hand surgery patients are provided with all conditions for comfortable hospitalization.
Microsurgical operations on the hand are considered to be the most complex in the field of body plastic surgery. The department of microplastics has gained prestige among clinics that surgically reconstruct hands after traumas, burns and complex fractures. Munich clinics accept patients who have been denied treatment in other similar medical institutions in Europe.
Range of medical services of plastic surgery departments
The main focus of the departments is reconstructive surgery. Specialists of the clinics give people a second personality. The most complicated plastic surgeries allow patients to live in their own pleasure even after serious damage to their appearance due to: burns, traumatic defects, benign tumors. The range of medical services provided by plastic surgery departments is quite wide, it includes:• Reconstructive surgery for children and adults.
• Interdisciplinary treatment of diseases of the lymphatic system.
• Aesthetic surgery.
• Surgery of the foot and hand.
• Tumor surgery.
Individual consultations with the doctors of the department will help patients to choose a method of appearance improvement that will allow them to achieve the desired result with the least difficulty. German clinics perform skin tightening, nose, cheekbone and chin correction surgeries. Specialists also help patients to get rid of excess fat deposits by laser therapy and liposuction.
Reconstructive surgery
Plastic surgery departments of German clinics perform reconstructive-restorative and orthognathic surgeries. Specialists of the departments perform many surgical interventions to correct congenital pediatric pathologies of the maxillofacial department, to change the structure of soft tissues that occurred as a result of trauma and burns.
Tumor surgery
Special techniques of oncoplastic surgery, as well as the latest surgical equipment, make it possible to relieve patients from defects obtained during the removal of malignant tumors. The formed defects of various localization are compensated with the help of autotransplantation of tissue complex.
Munich clinics employ high-class breast reconstructive surgery specialists who are leading specialists in Germany and Europe in mastectomy followed by breast reconstruction with autologous breast tissue.
We use special methods of oncoplastic surgery, as well as the latest surgical equipment, which allows us to rid women of defects obtained during the removal of malignant tumors. Defects of various localizations are compensated with the help of autotransplantation, i.e. a woman’s own tissues.
Breast reconstruction can be performed immediately at the time of tumor removal, i.e. one-stage, or after some time, i.e. delayed. This depends on the characteristics of the tumor and the patient’s condition.
The best option is considered to be a one-stage reconstruction, because: it is not necessary to operate again separately for this reason, the reconstruction is carried out on tissues undeformed by scars of the previous operation and it is not necessary, in this case, to excise the scars. In the case of delayed reconstruction, by the time it will be carried out, the breast may be markedly deformed, and the breast tissue may lose elasticity.
Also, you should pay attention to the fact that when performing oncoloplastic surgery, thanks to the methods of plastic surgery, it is possible to remove the affected tissues more widely, which means that the likelihood of recurrence from the edges of the defect is reduced.
Reconstruction of the breast after mastectomy should be done not only for psychological comfort, it also has direct implications for the health of the woman.
First, there is an imbalance of load on the thoracic spine, resulting in secondary changes in the bone and joint system, which leads to curvature of the spine and poor posture, and this, in turn, leads to impaired heart and lung function.
It should be noted that for this operation is very important to choose a specialist, because the surgeon needs, on the one hand, to completely remove pathological breast tissue, and on the other hand, so that the woman is not left with deformed breasts. The surgeon must choose the correct method of tumor removal and the optimal method of correction for this particular case, to think over the plan of surgery so that the operation could be convenient and qualitatively carried out and the scars could be inconspicuously located.
All of the above requires a very high skill and high specialization, great professional knowledge and many years of experience, in short, requires a very highly qualified specialist.

Plastic surgery in Germany is primarily the replantation of feet and hands, as well as individual limb segments, saving patients from disability. Treatment of high severity hand injuries includes the repair of peripheral vessels.
